Here is the process- step, by step.

• Once you complete the “Get a quote” form, we will get back to you immediately with a quote via email and/or via telephone.
• All carriers are fully licensed and insured for your protection, and in compliance with Federal motor Carrier Safety Administration.
• Once you place your order with RMC, the transport of your vehicle will be scheduled according to the available date you provide.
• After we assign a carrier, we will contact you with a pick up date and time.
• Upon pick up, the driver will fully inspect your vehicle.
• It is in your best interest to book your auto transport at least 2 weeks in advance.
• You or a designated person needs to be present at time of pick up.
• An auto transport agreement is signed at time of pick up.
• You are required to leave a $150 deposit (which is cheap - half of what our competitors charge)
• The balance paid in cashier check or cash on delivery. We will accept major credit cards and personal checks for the deposit.
• It is important to make sure that any dings, dents, or scratches that were not on the inspection report at pickup are noted on the inspection report at delivery
• You will be fully covered for any damage during loading, unloading, and transit.
